Michael Weiby

Michael Weiby, PMP, CSM, CSSGB, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in product development and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Sr. Lead Engineer and Engineering Manager for Quality Assurance Product Development at Harbor Freight Tools since October 2020, Michael has previously held significant roles at IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC. as Manager of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering and Director of Research and Development, where innovative projects like the first-generation mobile device charging system were completed on time. Michael also contributed to Sears Brands Management Corp. as Group Engineering Manager overseeing product development for Craftsman products and held various engineering roles at Bison Gear and Engineering, ECM Motor Company, and Leroy-Somer Incorporated, showcasing a strong background in mechanical engineering and leadership. Michael holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.
