Previously he was Managing Director of Henry Boot Developments, the property development subsidiary of Henry Boot Plc, which he joined in 1990, where he oversaw the expansion of the Company’s property development activities from a small regional commercial developer to a nationwide operation involved in virtually every property sector with an annual turnover of over £200 million.
