Kevin Mierzwa

Kevin Mierzwa is a Principal at Harness, Dickey & Pierce, P.L.C., with over two decades of experience in intellectual property law, expanding expertise beyond the automotive industry into electronics, aerospace, and medical devices. Previously, Kevin served as Principal at Artz & Artz, PLLC, providing patent and trademark application services and litigation support, and as an Associate at Dykema Gossett, PLLC, assisting in the prosecution of intellectual property rights. Kevin's career began at Ford Motor Company as a Patent Attorney and Test Development Engineer, where responsibilities included building patent portfolios and developing vehicle testing hardware and software. Kevin holds a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
