Thomas Willett

Thomas Willett is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, serving as Counsel and Partner at Harris Beach PLLC since March 1979. Specializing in general corporate matters, securities law, and business transactions, Thomas has represented issuers, underwriters, and investors in various offerings and transactions. Additionally, Thomas served as a Visiting Lecturer at Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management and Cornell Law School from September 2009 to May 2014, teaching courses on IPOs and Mergers & Acquisitions. Prior to this legal career, Thomas was a Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force from January 1973 to February 1979. Thomas earned a JD with Distinction from Cornell Law School and a BS in International Affairs from the United States Air Force Academy.
