Harrison Grierson
David Needham has extensive experience in urban planning and management, currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Clients and Growth at Harrison Grierson since September 2003. Additionally, David holds the position of Technical Director and Bay of Plenty Manager, overseeing high-performing teams in Tauranga and Whakatane. Prior to these roles, David was the Planning Manager for the BOP/Waikato region and gained valuable experience as a Policy Analyst at WBOP District Council and as a Resource Management Planner at Invercargill City Council. David earned a Bachelor of Resource and Environmental Planning with a focus on Land Use Planning and Management/Development from Massey University between 1992 and 1995.
