Jen Centimano started their career at Follett as a Cataloging Assistant from July 2002 to July 2003. Jen then joined GFX International as an Administrative Assistant from September 2003 to February 2005. From February 2005 to December 2008, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant. In January 2008, Jen became a Human Resources Generalist and held the position until February 2012. Jen was then promoted to Talent Manager from February 2012 to February 2013, where they played a key role in saving the company $500,000 over a 5-year period. After that, they joined HARTING Americas as the Vice President of Human Resources in March 2017, and they currently hold this position.
Jen Centimano graduated from Illinois State University in 2001 with a Bachelor's degree in English. In 2014, they completed their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resources Development and Management & Leadership at Webster University. Additionally, they obtained a Change Management Certificate from Cornell University in 2021.
