Thomas Pieper has a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Thomas began their career in 1994 as a Technischer Einkäufer at Westland Gummiwerke GmbH & Co. KG. From there, they worked as an Einkäufer at Schüco International KG / Alu Competence starting in 1999. In 2005, they became the Kaufmännische Leitung at Haberland Zerspanungstechnik GmbH, where they were responsible for the operational and strategic leadership of the company. In 2013, they joined Schüco International KG / Alu Competence again, this time as the Leiter Einkauf. In 2020, they transitioned to HARTING as the Leiter Advanced Purchasing Engineering. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Global Project Procurement at HARTING Technology Group, starting in 2023.
