Madeleine Oaks

Madeleine Oaks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Enterprise Customer Success at Harvey since September 2024, Madeleine previously held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at Flowcode, focusing on the Sports, Entertainment, and Media sectors. As a co-founder of Pikkaboo, Madeleine contributed to the mission of simplifying newsletter management for small businesses and creators. Prior experience at Convoy Inc included multiple roles, such as Senior Implementation Specialist and Operations Specialist, where expertise in client service and process improvement was demonstrated. Madeleine has also taught as an English professor at Can Tho University and consulted on financial matters for Spokane Hoopfest Association. A graduate of Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Madeleine has honed skills in finance and public relations through various internships and professional experiences.
