Maggie Landers

Maggie Landers is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as VP, Talent at Harvey since July 2025. Prior to this role, Maggie held various positions at Intercom from August 2016 to July 2025, including Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Real Estate & Workplace Experience and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition. Maggie also worked at Prosper Marketplace from March 2014 to August 2016 as Global Director of Talent Acquisition, where oversight included recruitment teams across multiple locations. Additional experience includes technical recruiting at Yammer, Inc. and Winter Wyman, focusing on the recruitment of engineers and technology professionals. Maggie holds a B.A. in Psychology from Bucknell University and an M.A. in Psychology from Boston University.
