Tia Thomson

Tia Thomson is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in establishing and scaling business functions in various organizations. Currently serving as Operations Lead at Harvey since November 2023, Tia previously held the role of Head of Business Operations at Visible Hands, where core business functions were implemented to support significant company growth. Tia also has experience in strategic planning, program launch efficiencies, CRM system implementation, and managing financial operations. Prior roles include Vice President & Chief of Staff at Visible Hands, where Tia managed startup selection processes and program delivery, and a Project Management Fellow at the U.S. Census Bureau, contributing to the development of innovative digital tools. Tia's educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design with a concentration in Interaction Design from Northeastern University.
