Jae Hur

Jae Hur is an accomplished academic in the field of biology, currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Harvey Mudd College since July 2013. Prior to this role, Jae served as a Visiting Assistant Professor, as well as completing postdoctoral fellowships at UCLA from January 2009 to June 2013 and Harvard University from November 2006 to December 2008. Jae's academic journey began with a BS in Biology from Caltech, earned from 1994 to 1998, followed by a PhD in Biology from Harvard University, completed in 2006. Early academic experience includes a Teaching Assistant position at Caltech and a Research Assistant role during the time at Harvard.
