Ashley Gustafson

Ashley Gustafson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, operations management, and technical account management. Ashley currently serves as the Sr. Value Engineering Operations Manager at HashiCorp, a company specializing in open source tools and commercial products for distributed application infrastructure, a role held since January 2019. Prior to HashiCorp, Ashley held various leadership positions at Reflektion, including Sr. Manager of Customer Success and Deployment Manager, successfully managing enterprise accounts and launching customer success initiatives. Ashley co-founded Digitally Chic, a networking group connecting the fashion and technology sectors, and has held management and marketing roles across several companies, including Consensus Corporation and 1928 Jewelry Company. Ashley holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Finance from California State University, Northridge.
