Additionally, J Schwan holds the position of Executive Chairman at HatchWorks AI, which specializes in AI-driven products and pioneering Generative-Driven Development™. As the Founder of The Second Mountain, LLC, J Schwan focuses on coaching and investing in technology services companies. Previously, J Schwan transformed St Ives, plc into Kin + Carta while serving as Global Chief Executive Officer, and founded Solstice, a successful digital engineering firm. J Schwan's early career included co-founding EC Team and consulting at Accenture following a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
