Prior to this role, Joel worked at Air Liquide from August 1996 to March 2004 as a Lead Technician, overseeing chemical, cryogenic, and compressed gas operations for semiconductor manufacturing at Texas Instruments and MEMC in Sherman, TX. Joel's career began in the US Navy, where from June 1990 to June 1996, Joel held the position of Fire Controlman 2nd Class, responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Phalanx (CIWS) and Aegis ORTS weapon systems.
