Currently serving as Sales Manager Customer Service at IHI Hauzer Techno Coating B.V. since October 2021, Lucas previously held senior roles including Senior Purchaser at VDL Bus Venlo B.V. and Hoofd Werkvoorbereiding at VDL Staalservice. Lucas has a strong background in strategic sales, business development, and team leadership, with prior experience at notable companies such as DDVS, Salzgitter AG, and ArcelorMittal. Educational qualifications include an engineering degree in mechanical engineering from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, along with credentials in marketing and strategic planning.
