Leslie Coyne

Director, Data Services at Havas CX

Leslie Coyne has a strong background in data services and database analysis. They started their career as a Systems Engineer at Fabrica International in 1988 and worked there until 1997. From 1997 to 2001, they served as a Senior Consultant at Intellimark. In 2002, they joined Havas Discovery as a Senior Database Analyst, where they designed and implemented CRM database solutions and worked closely with client IT departments. Leslie then transitioned to Havas CX in 2009 as a Director of Data Services. In this role, they gathered data requirements for marketing and analytics projects, translated them into functional database specifications, and implemented databases with advanced ETL and reporting functions.

Leslie Coyne has a Diploma in datametrics from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika, completed in 1994. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. (Hons.) degree in Psychology from Rhodes University in 1984. In 1983, Leslie Coyne obtained a B.A. degree from the University of Cape Town, majoring in Psychology, Sociology, and Political Science.
