Sarah Franklin has extensive experience in administrative and support roles, currently serving as PA to the CFO and COO at Clyde & Co since September 2019, while also volunteering as a receptionist at Havens Hospices and as a steward volunteer for COVID-19 vaccinations with the Royal Voluntary Service. Previous positions include Head's PA & Registrar at St. Michael's CofE Preparatory School and a Senior HR PA at Baker & McKenzie. Additionally, Sarah has contributed to various organizations as a volunteer committee member, registrations secretary, and in other roles, demonstrating a strong commitment to community service and effective organizational support. Education was completed at Shoeburyness High School from 1986 to 1993.

Havens Hospices provides palliative nursing and supportive care to adults, young people and children living with complex or incurable conditions across Essex. Our specialist Care Teams can support them and their family living throughout illness, death and bereavement, in the comfort of their own home and through our hospice services, Fair Havens and Little Havens. We focus on their quality of life, caring for individual physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs. Havens Hospices is a registered charity – not part of the NHS – and receives limited government funding. We don’t charge a penny for any of our care services. Our hospice care can only exist because of the support and generosity of the community. Together, we’re ‘Making every day count’.
