Steve Petranik is an experienced media professional with a career spanning over four decades in journalism and editing. Currently serving as the Editor and Executive Publisher at Hawaii Business Magazine since January 2009, Petranik previously held significant editorial roles at The Honolulu Advertiser and Honolulu Star-Bulletin, as well as at the Toronto Star, where responsibilities included copy editing and foreign news oversight. Earlier career stages included reporting and editing at United Press International and The Canadian Press.
