Ravi Ramaraju

Ravi Ramaraju is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in circuit design and low power circuit research and development. Currently serving as Chief Scientist at Hawcx since March 2025, Ramaraju previously held the position of Principal Engineer at Qualcomm from March 2021 to March 2025. Ramaraju's career includes roles as a Circuit Design Engineer at NUVIA Inc, Senior Staff Engineer at Qualcomm, and Principal Engineer at NXP. Ramaraju's tenure at Freescale Semiconductor encompassed various titles, including Senior Member of Technical Staff and Member of Technical Staff. The journey began at Motorola as a Circuit Design Engineer.
