Richard Summerfield FCIPD is the Chief People Officer at Hawksford since August 2020, where Richard oversees all People function and HR activities across the global business. Richard also serves as a Non-Executive Director at de Novo Solutions, focusing on experience economy using Cloud technology. Previously, Richard held roles such as Council Member at The Jersey Good Business Charter and Chief People Officer at Ocorian. Richard also has experience in HR roles at companies like Certus Solutions, JT Group Limited, Ogier, Standard Bank Group, Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, and Barclays. Richard holds a 1st class BSc in Biology & Psychology from Durham University.
