Currently serving as General Manager and Director of Sales at Hayden Beverage since March 2021, Jay has a proven track record in leadership roles. Prior to this, Jay held various positions including State Manager, Division Manager, and Key Account Manager at Young's Market Company from April 2011 onwards. Jay's career also includes a decade-long tenure as Bar Manager at 19th Hole Bar & Grill and ownership of Double E Trucking from March 2005 to October 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Montana State University-Bozeman and a Bachelor in Business Marketing from Colorado State University.
