David A. Bell

David Bell is currently a Partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP since March 2005. David holds the position of Trademark Partner and also serves as the Chair of the Trademark and Social Media Practice Groups within the firm. Prior to their current role, David worked as an Associate at Baker Botts LLP from 2002 to 2004. David received their Bachelor of Arts from Emory University and went on to earn their law degree from New York University School of Law. In their practice, David specializes in advising clients on technology and branding trends, representing parties in intellectual property disputes, and protecting product designs.
