Kim Nelson

Kim Nelson has a solid work experience in the field of e-discovery consulting and litigation technology services. Kim has worked as a Senior Discovery Management Consultant & Executive Client Liaison at HaystackID since 2018. Previously, they were an E-Discovery Consultant at KNO E-Discovery Consulting from 2012 to 2018, where they assisted law firms and corporate clients in implementing best practices for the litigation process. Before that, Kim worked as the Litigation Technology Services Director at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly from 2010 to 2012, overseeing department offerings and managing operations. Kim also served as a Complex Litigation Project Manager at Faegre & Benson LLP from 1995 to 2010, leading multiple complex litigation matters and providing guidance on e-discovery best practices.

Kim Nelson attended the University of Minnesota from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a BS degree in Child Psychology/Pre-Law. After that, they received a Project Management Certification from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business in 2001. In 1995, Kim also studied Paralegal Studies and completed an AA degree at North Hennepin Community College.
