Joseph Ben-Gal is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and leadership across various technology and private equity companies. Currently serving as Chairman and CFO of iRule, LLC since 2009, Joseph also holds the position of CFO at On Controls and is the Founder and CEO of GalMar LLC, a private equity group supporting Israeli high-tech companies entering the North American market. Previous roles include VP of Business Development at INCAT Inc., where Joseph contributed to a successful IPO on the AIM London Stock Exchange, and holding senior financial positions at Manning Ventures, Cimage Corporation, Perceptron Inc., OIS, Inc., and Technomatix Inc. Joseph holds an MBA in Industrial Management from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a BA in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
