Jay's earlier career included positions at Bucyrus International and DBT America, where responsibilities spanned global engineering and P&L management, driving market increases and operational strategies in the underground mining equipment sector. Jay's foundational experience in the industry began at Joy Mining Machinery, focusing on engineering and product management. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Management Concepts from Gannon University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
