Waleed El Rakhawy has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Waleed began their career as an Assistant Consultant at Team misr in 1999, before joining KPMG EG | Hazem Hassan as an Auditor in 2000. From 2003 to 2005, Waleed worked as a Senior Accountant at the Health Sector Reform Project of the Ministry of Health, collaborating with the World Bank. In 2005, they transitioned to HC Securities & Investment, where they held the position of Chief Accountant until 2010. Waleed then advanced to the role of Group Chief Financial Officer, a position they currently hold.

Waleed obtained a Diploma in International Financial Reporting, DipIFR from ACCA in 2009. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1999, they attended Tanta University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the English Section.
