Brian Hansen

Brian Hansen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and corporate sectors. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at HCA Healthcare since March 2009, Brian is integral to the Payer Contracting & Alignment group, providing managed government payer contracting and dispute resolution support for multiple divisions across numerous states. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Counsel at Kia Motors Manufacturing, Contracts Counsel at WEG Electric Corp., and Attorney at Mirant, among others. Brian's legal career began with a sole practice, representing diverse clients in various legal matters. Academically, Brian holds a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Washington State University.
