Kirti Karamchandani

Kirti Karamchandani, PhD, currently serves as Head of Government Affairs & Public Policy at HCL Enterprise, a position held since November 2014. In this role, Kirti collaborates with apex leadership on strategic planning and project implementation, engages with the Uttar Pradesh government for various initiatives, and represents both HCL and the Shiv Nadar Foundation in public platforms. Prior to this, Kirti worked as Corporate Communication & Research Manager at the Confederation of Indian Industry, focusing on enhancing industry competitiveness and addressing policy issues. Additional experience includes roles as Training Manager & Academic Coordinator at UEI Global College, Guest Lecturer at the University of Lucknow, and Senior Trainer at Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training. Kirti holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Lucknow and completed a course in Public Policy & Governance at St. Stephen's College, Delhi.
