David F. Lecureux

David LeCureux has extensive experience in leadership and management within the environmental and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member for both the HDR Foundation and HDR, David guides corporate strategy as Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing areas such as corporate relations and risk management for one of the largest employee-owned companies in the U.S. Previous roles at HDR include Operating President for Water and various management positions focusing on water resource management and natural resources. Prior to joining HDR, David held positions at Greystone Environmental Consultants and the US Army Corps of Engineers, as well as academic roles as an Associate Professor and Part-time Instructor. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from California State University-Sacramento.
