Preetha Kurian serves as the Human Resources Manager at Head Held High Foundation since July 2022. Previous experience includes roles in human resources at AOL (2007-2012), where foundational skills were developed, and IBM (2011) as an HR Professional focusing on Employee Exit Process Management. Preetha began the career as a Human Resources Executive at Aviva Global Services (2005-2007) and Infosys (2003-2005), gaining extensive expertise in onboarding, employee counselling, grievance handling, HR administration, and various employee management processes. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in History from Christ University, Bangalore, and studies at Tamil Nadu Open University, Chennai.
