Michelle Barley has extensive experience in career mentoring and vocational support for young people, currently serving as the Career Mentoring Service Lead at headspace since January 2021. In this role, Michelle facilitates connections between young job seekers and industry mentors. Previously, Michelle worked as a Work & Study Specialist at headspace, providing support to youth aged 15-25 in achieving their work and study goals. Additional experience includes roles as a Digital Crisis Supporter at Lifeline WA, Reintegration Employment & Training Officer at the Department of Justice, and Community Coordinator at EPIC Inc., among others. Michelle holds a Graduate Certificate in Career Development from James Cook University and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing from Curtin University.
