Jeff Wehling

Jeff Wehling is currently serving as the Director of People Business Partner at HealthEdge, a position held since January 2025. Previously, Wehling was with Optum for nearly a decade, leading various roles including Director of People Business Partner - Technology and Director of Early Careers - Technology, where significant contributions were made to organizational transformation, talent strategy, and the establishment of a successful early careers program. Additionally, Wehling served as Chief of Staff and Director of Business Operations in the Office of the CISO, focusing on cybersecurity enhancements and workforce management improvements. Prior experience includes coaching graduate students at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and holding senior HR roles at Deluxe Corporation, where transformative changes in talent acquisition and performance were achieved. Wehling holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Hispanic Studies from St. Olaf College.
