Michelle Moore, MS, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Practice Improvement & Patient Experience at the Heart Rhythm Society since September 2022. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at Johns Hopkins Medicine as a Patient Experience Manager for Pediatrics and at Johns Hopkins Hospital as a Clinical Customer Service Coordinator. Previous experiences include positions at lululemon as a Key Leader and Visual Merchandising Lead, as well as teaching infants and preschoolers at Bright Horizons. Michelle's early career involved various roles at The University of Alabama, including Program Assistant in Student Affairs and Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant in Human Development and Family Studies. Additionally, significant contributions were made as a Lead Crisis Counselor for Project Rebound and as a Junior Journey of Hope Facilitator for Save the Children US. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Public Relations/Image Management, all from The University of Alabama.
