Tracy Blithe, CMP, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Journalism from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and has extensive experience in meeting management and event planning across various organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Practice Improvement & Research at the Heart Rhythm Society since February 2015, Tracy has also held multiple managerial roles within the organization, including Education Programs & Services and CME Programs and Meeting Operations. Prior experience includes managing meetings and special events for the New Jersey Association for Justice and serving as a Meeting Manager/Project Manager at HMP Communications Holdings, where Tracy achieved significant cost savings and oversaw substantial program budgets. Additional roles at AstraZeneca, Vanguard, ARAMARK, Philadelphia Business Journal, and Day & Zimmermann International have contributed to a well-rounded skill set in logistics, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and event execution. Educational credentials include a certificate in Professional Meeting Planning from Temple University and ongoing studies at Harvard Extension School.
