Gary Birch has a diverse work experience, primarily in the mining industry. Gary started their career as a Process Control Engineer at ERA Ranger Mine in 1998. In 2005, they joined HEATHGATE RESOURCES PTY LTD and held roles such as Production Manager, Mine Manager, and Operations Manager. From 2017 to 2018, Gary worked as a Senior Consulting Engineer at Inception Group. In 2019, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at Heathgate and later became the Chief Operations Officer at HEATHGATE RESOURCES in November 2019.
Gary Birch has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Capricornia Institute of Advanced Education (CIAE), which they obtained from 1982 to 1986. Gary later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Technology Management from La Trobe University, completing it from 2000 to 2004.
