Bob Smee

Bob Smee is a Project Controls Specialist at Hecla Mining, with experience dating back to 2002. At Hecla Mining since November 2012, Bob oversees the reporting of CPM schedules and Earned Value across a diverse project portfolio throughout North America, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards. Previously, Bob served as a Senior Project Scheduler at NIPSCO, managing the master schedule and contractor schedulers for major projects, and as an Outage Scheduler for American Electric Power, where Bob maintained schedules for power plant outage projects and produced key performance indicators. Early in Bob's career, roles included Assistant Account Manager and Credit Underwriter at Access Business Finance, LLC, and Engineering Intern at Wheelabrator Spokane, Inc. Bob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Gonzaga University.
