Andrew Berghuis

Andrew Berghuis has extensive experience in the legal, risk, compliance, and government affairs sectors, currently serving as Engagement Manager at Heidrick & Struggles since September 2018, where a progression from Analyst to Senior Associate has been showcased. Prior legal experience includes a Law Clerk Internship at Maine District Court Lewiston and research work with the Maine Prisoners Advocacy Coalition, focusing on vocational training improvements in state prisons. In addition to legal roles, Andrew has served as a Tennis Instructor at The Boulevard Club and the Toronto Tennis Academy. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Bates College and attended Upper Canada College.
