Mayanthi Wickremetilleke

Mayanthi Wickremetilleke currently holds the position of Global Crisis Manager at The HEINEKEN Company, focusing on crisis preparedness and reputation management since December 2022. Prior to this role, Mayanthi served as Director of Corporate Affairs for HEINEKEN LANKA LTD, overseeing strategies in government and regulatory affairs, external relations, corporate communications, sustainability, and crisis management from September 2020 to November 2022. Mayanthi’s extensive experience includes a 13-year tenure at Unilever, where positions ranged from Country Lead for Corporate Communications and Sustainable Business to various roles in retail and channel communications. The career began at TBWA/TAL - Sri Lanka as a Client Service Executive, managing both global and local clients. Academic qualifications include a Business Sustainability Management course from the University of Cambridge and a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM.
