Paula Harris

Paula Harris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and board governance across various industries. Currently serving as an Independent Board Director at Helix Energy Solutions Group, Hunting, and Chart Industries, Paula also holds the position of Senior Vice President of Community and Foundation Executive Director at the Houston Astros. As the Chief Executive Officer of DPM Alliance Energy Group, Paula has driven strategic initiatives since January 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Schlumberger, where Paula developed global environmental, social, and governance (ESG) programs and a robust community affairs program, alongside leadership positions at MadisonHouse Publishing and the Houston Independent School District.
