Caroline Hewes has a diverse work experience with roles in various companies. Caroline began their career in 2017 as a Social Media Intern at Be The Match. In 2019, they worked as a Programming and Social Media Intern at the Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association, followed by an internship as a Brand Activation Intern at Healthfirst.
In 2019, Caroline joined Hearts & Science as an Assistant Social Strategist for AT&T, and later transitioned to the role of Social Strategist. Caroline then moved to 3Z Brands in 2021, where they initially served as a Growth Marketing Specialist in Influencer Partnerships. Caroline was subsequently promoted to the position of Growth Marketing Senior Specialist in the same department.
Caroline's experiences have provided their with a strong background in social media, programming, branding, and marketing.
Caroline Hewes obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Communication and Gender and Women's Studies from the UW-Madison School of Journalism and Mass Communication between 2014 and 2019. In 2018, they also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies at Thammasat University. Additionally, Caroline has acquired several certifications including the Effective Negotiating Course from KARRASS® Effective Negotiating in March 2022, Snapchat Ads Manager Certified from Snap Inc. in December 2020, and Facebook Certified Media Buying Professional from Facebook in December 2020.
