Anthony Mayer

Anthony Mayer is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at charles since September 2024. Prior to this role, Anthony held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Getsafe from October 2020 to September 2024, and previously worked at NextRoll, Inc. in various capacities including Director of Software Engineering, Engineering Manager, and Staff Engineer from October 2015 to October 2020. With a strong background in fullstack development utilizing technologies such as React/Redux, Python, and AWS, Anthony has contributed to significant projects across several companies, including Yelp.com, Glam Media, and Ning, while also fostering the growth of new engineers. Anthony began a career in software engineering after earning a B.S. in Informatics from the University of Washington in 2011.
