Michael Chealander is an experienced software engineer and manager with a strong background in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager and previously as a Software Engineer at Alma since June 2021, Michael has also held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Beyond Identity from April 2020 to May 2021. Prior to that, Michael worked at Justworks as a Front-End Engineer and at IMS Health as a Software Developer. As a Co-Founder and UX Lead at Spryly from December 2012 to April 2014, Michael contributed to the startup environment, and earlier experience includes working as a Software Developer at WhatCounts from February 2009 to November 2012.
