Renée Zhu has a diverse work experience in various industries. Renée started their career in 2014 as a Healthcare Analyst at Zurich North America and later moved to AIG as a Strategy and M&A Analyst in 2015. In 2016, they joined Hennepin County Medical Center as a Project Analyst before transitioning to Huron as a Higher Education - Consulting Analyst. At Huron, they also served as a Healthcare Analyst, supporting clinic optimization for medical centers and hospitals. In 2019, Renée joined Alma as a Manager in Operations, where they focused on building a platform to improve the accessibility and quality of mental health care. Renée later advanced to the role of Senior Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Operations.
Renée Zhu has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy Studies with a focus on Health Policy, as well as Asian Studies in Chinese and Corporate Strategy from Vanderbilt University. Additionally, Renée has studied Chinese Language and Business at East China Normal University. Renée has obtained certifications such as the Oracle Sales Cloud 2017 Certified Implementation Specialist from Oracle in July 2017, and the Lean Healthcare Certificate from the Massey Graduate School of Business at Belmont University in February 2016.
