Francisco Ferrão

Francisco Ferrão currently serves as the Associate Director of Operational Excellence at HelloFresh, a position held since December 2021, following a tenure as Team Lead in the same area. Prior to this, Francisco worked at ASR Group as Continuous Improvement Manager and Site Lead, where responsibilities included managing the Continuous Improvement Program across operations in Portugal and Germany. Earlier experience includes serving as Project Manager at Bacalhau Riberalves, focusing on Value Stream Mapping and Total Flow Management. An Operations Intern at Saint-Gobain Glass contributed to a Master's thesis on Lean Six Sigma methodology, while initial roles included a Merchandising Assistant at Altice Arena. Francisco holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
