Sharon Nowakowski

Sharon Nowakowski serves as Associate General Counsel at Help at Home, LLC since June 2021, bringing extensive legal expertise from prior roles including Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Akorn Pharmaceuticals from February 2016 to May 2021. Sharon has also practiced as a Corporate and Securities Attorney at Polsinelli PC from May 2012 to January 2016 and at Bryan Cave from 2007 to May 2012. Earlier in Sharon's career, experience as an Associate at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. spanned from 2004 to 2007. Sharon holds a law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
