Help to Grow: Management Course
The Help to Grow: Management Course is a 90% government funded,12-week leadership course designed specifically for small businesses. It includes 12 modules of small business-specific content, 10 hours of 1-2-1 mentoring and 8 peer group sessions. Modules include the broad range of subjects required to lead and scale a business from strategy to digital transformation, mission, vision and values, employee engagement, branding, operational efficiency and finance. It is delivered by 60 Small Business Charter-accredited business schools across the UK.
