Julia Schmidt

Julia Schmidt is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources and leadership. Currently serving as Senior HR People Partner at Helpling since March 2021, Julia previously held a maternity leave position at Familie from June 2019 to February 2021. Prior to that, Julia worked at on stage & sports from June 2013 to August 2019 as Trainingsmanager and HR Business Partner. Julia began a career in leadership roles as Standortleitung at On stage & sports Service GmbH from June 2011 to June 2013 and held multiple managerial positions, including Betriebsleiterin, Teamtrainerin, and Schichtleiterin at Mitchells & Butlers PLC from April 2001 to June 2011. Julia holds a Magister Artium in Theaterwissenschaft and BWL from Freie Universität Berlin and completed a Zwischenprüfung in Theaterwissenschaft, Musikwissenschaft, and BWL at the University of Bayreuth.
