Ana Makhviladze

Ana Makhviladze is an experienced HR People Partner at Helpware since January 2023, responsible for insurance-related matters in Georgian and Ukrainian locations, as well as managing HR documentation. Previously, Ana served as Administrative Manager at Helpware, overseeing administrative support services, budget management, contract negotiations, and internal communication. Ana has held various roles in administration and HR across different companies, including Head of Administration and HR at Tianety and Executive Assistant to the CEO at ECS North. With a Master's degree in Multimedia Journalism and Media Management from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and mass communication from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Ana possesses a solid educational background complemented by diverse professional experience.
