Mads Moeller Borch, PhD, currently serves as the Head of Innovation Portfolio & Technology Transformation at Hempel A/S, where accountability includes leading the company’s transition to a holistic products and solutions portfolio management. Mads has extensive experience in corporate strategy development and execution, having held roles such as Head of Strategy & Transformation Office and Executive Advisor/Programme Manager at Hempel. Prior positions include Senior Strategist at BEC Financial Technologies, Strategy Consultant at H&B | Hildebrandt & Brandi, and Consultant at Monitor Deloitte, where significant contributions were made to strategy formulation and execution for various clients. Mads holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Fuel Cell Membranes from the Technical University of Denmark and has pursued additional scholarly opportunities at several prestigious institutions.
