Before that, they were employed at GPW & Associates as an MEP Designer from July 2014 to August 2015.
Dylan Shmalberg completed their Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Kansas, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Baker University.
